Cape Raoul

Today we walked for almost 6 hours (nominated time 5 hours, but we are a bit slower because of too many photo/video stops) to the fantastic lookout called Cape Raoul. It was a long walk but fully worth the effort. We walked through rainforest - sometimes you would need a marchet to cut yourself through it - stunning coastal seascapes that included platforms, towering cliffs and columns, off-shore islands and swirling seas. Really sometimes majestic views.

You don't have to go all the way, already after ca. 1 hour you are at the cliffs where you have really nice views. :) But we are glad we walked right to the end...the next land would be Antarktica...:)
